I am currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Cornell University.  This semester, I am teaching a graduate topics course on Toric Varieties, Math 7670. You can see what courses I have taught in the past.

Before coming to Cornell, I spent a year at the University of Connecticut, and was a National Science Foundation Mathematical Sciences Research Postdoctoral Fellow for three years in the Department of Mathematics at the University of California, Berkeley. 

I am interested in symplectic geometry and its relationships with combinatorics and algebraic geometry.
