19. MOVING LINE LOCUS

Here is a locus sketch from “Geometry Turned On.”  Point F moves around the circle.  Point C is constrained to stay on line KL.  Distances CF and FH are fixed.  What is the locus of point H as F moves around?  Try different positions of the line, and different positions of H.
