First prelim
- Friday 4 October in class.
- Material: Chapters 1, 2, Appendices B.1, B.2, B.3; all assigned homework problems from these chapters.
- Practice problems and summary solutions.
- Exam solutions.
- Prelim quartiles (approximate letter grade equivalents in parentheses): Q1 36 (B-); Q2 40 (B+); Q3 43 (A-). Scores are out of a total of 50. 17 students took the exam.
Second prelim
- Friday 8 November in class.
- Material: TBA.
Final exam
- Thursday 19 December, 07:00 pm–09:30 pm.
- Location: TBA.
