Rochester Math Olympiad For College Students 2009
The 2009 Rochester Undergraduate Olympiad Exam will be given on Saturday March 28,2009 from
9:30 AM to 12:30 PM in Malott 251.
This is the third year of a regional competition organized and graded
by the Uiversity of Rochester Math Department. Students at each
participating place take the exam locally. The format and level
in earlier years consisted of:
- 4 proof-based problems
- two below Putnam level
- two at Putnam level (among these two: one will be
Putnam-easy, the other one Putnam-medium).
Past years have had $600 in prizes for the top three finishers.
Rochester, Cornell,
RIT, Nazareth, Saint Bonaventure, and SUNY-Brockport
participated in 2006-2007.
