Homework: There will be homework assignments throughout the semester. The most important function of homework is to help you to internalize concepts and to develop problem-solving skills. Homework will be given and collected every Monday. It will be graded by the TA.

Delayed homework policy: No homework will be accepted without some serious excuse after the solutions are given.

 Examinations: There will be one take home examination and one final examination.

Examination dates:
Take-home examination: between 3/25 and 4/5, t.b.a.
Final examination:  Wednesday  5/15 3:00-5:30 pm

Grading policy: Homework 40%, Take-home examination 20%, Final 40%.
