In particular, the following pages can be particularly useful: A lecture on integration by substitution A lecture on integration by parts A lecture on trigonometric integrals and trigonometric substitutions A lecture on the partial fraction decomposition method An Introduction to Calculus. These are the notes I typed for my Calculus I course at Colby College, during the fall of 2004. I was using "Calculus", 3rd Edition by Hughes-Hallett et al., so the assigned problems can be found in that book.
