Then duplicating the process, but for the frequencies 5 then 3 (instead of 4 then 7), and with a 3x3 square (instead of 3x5) make a paragraph concealing the message:

Follow the inband signal conventions (the first three) listed on the blog, and write as if you were a happy member of Jonestown writing a postcard home. (You needn't do much research: Jonestown was a religious community in Guyana, the details can be totally made up).
