Tutors are color-coded by areas of expertise on the schedule. The colors correspond to the most advanced course level the tutor is likely to be able to help with. Please understand that tutors will help you to think about problems but will not simply do the problem for you. Some problems prove challenging, even for our best tutors. Some use familiar mathematics in unfamiliar ways or are not to be solved using the techniques most familiar to your tutor and require rethinking the problem considerably as a result. The point in such circumstances, as ever, is that your tutor will help you to *think* about the problem and to work toward a solution.
