Job Description
Provides administrative support for the teaching program. Maintains department course schedules. Coordinates classroom scheduling with university and college offices and the annual revision of the Courses of Study catalog. Assists with the compilation of faculty teaching assignments. Oversees the department's summer session course offerings. Coordinates textbook ordering and distribution.
Provides administrative support for the undergraduate program. Primary contact for the mathematics major, acting as liaison between faculty and their advisees (both majors and students with undeclared majors).
Acts as department webmaster. Oversees database management for the department.
