Job Description
Provides direct IT support, technical assistance, training, and consultation to department end-users, both faculty and staff, for desktop operating systems, servers, hardware, LAN, and classroom/laboratory digital technology. Works in conjunction with the Network Administrator to provide these services. Serves as editor of department newsletter, Math Matters.
