EducationPh.D. (2008) University of Washington Research Area: combinatoricsMy work thus far has been an intersection of extremal and geometric combinatorics. It has primarily addressed the question of what can be said about face numbers of various classes of simplicial complexes. I have especially focused on flag complexes, that is, simplicial complexes for which every minimal non-face has exactly two vertices. I have also done some work on face numbers of types of complexes with definitions similar to that of flag complexes. Selected PublicationsFace vectors of flag complexes, Israel J.
