2007)
Instructor: Lars Wahlbin
Meeting Time & Room
This course is designed to give a working knowledge of some principal
mathematical concepts and methods used in physics. It covers duality,
Hilbert spaces, Sturm-Liouville problems for ODE with Fredholm's alternative,
generalized functions (distributions), Fourier transform, and asymptotic
expansions (divergent series) for integrals.
Lecture notes written by
Professor Gross will be provided.
