Joy Jones is the primary contact for custodial services in Malott Hall. She acts as a liaison with the building custodians and the Department of Building Care.

Maintenance and Repairs

Please report any maintenance concerns to Joy Jones, and she will coordinate repairs.

Elevator

If the elevator breaks down, report it to Joy Jones. Outside normal business hours, it is not considered an emergency unless someone is trapped inside. The phone inside the elevator is a direct line to the Cornell Police Department.

Outside of Business Hours

Facilities Customer Service (255-5322) should be contacted outside of normal business hours to report building maintenance concerns that involve safety, security or property. This would be the number to call, for example, if you are in Malott Hall on a Sunday and the lock falls out of your office door or there is a power outage, etc.
